All website content, copy, and designs created by Vertex Capital Media for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Content on our own website (vertexcapitalmedia.com) remains the property of Vertex Capital Media.
Vertex Capital Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you in the most recent month of service.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if a client engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
